DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping Locations
We currently ship across most pin codes in India through our trusted logistics partners. Whether you’re in a metro city or a smaller town, chances are—we’ve got you covered! If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, feel free to reach out to us at support@storindia.com.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹3,999. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will apply. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available on orders below ₹2999. All shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout for your convenience.

Shipping Timelines
● Processing Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
● Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically reach you in 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer. 
Please note: During festivals, holidays, or sale periods, minor delays may occur.

Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Taxes & Duties
All product prices on storindia.com are inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties for Indian orders. There are no hidden charges.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Change of Delivery Address
If you’ve entered the wrong address or need to update it, contact us before the order is dispatched. Email us at support@storindia.com with your order number and the corrected address. We’ll do our best to accommodate the change.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If all attempts fail, the parcel may be returned to us. If you anticipate a delay in receiving your order, please let us know so we can help coordinate delivery.

Scheduled Deliveries
Unfortunately, we cannot commit to specific delivery time slots. Deliveries happen between 9 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Saturday.

International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. But we’re working on expanding our reach—stay tuned for updates!
