Once your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email from us with the tracking link and AWB (Air Waybill) number. You can click on the tracking link to check the real-time status of your parcel. How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 working days. Once shipped, delivery timelines vary by location—typically 3–7 working days for most cities and slightly longer for remote areas. You’ll be notified via email once the parcel is on its way.
My tracking link isn’t updating—what should I do?
Sometimes, tracking information may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch. If it still doesn’t update or shows no movement for more than 2 working days, please reach out to us at support@storindia.com, and our team will assist you promptly.
The tracking status says 'delivered', but I haven’t received my order. What now?
We’re sorry to hear that! If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t reached you, please check with your building security, reception, or neighbours first. If it’s still missing, email us at support@storindia.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate it with our logistics partner immediately.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
We can update your shipping address only if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet. If you’ve made a mistake or need to revise the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@storindia.com with your order number and the correct address.
What if I miss the delivery attempt?
Our courier partners usually make up to 3 delivery attempts. If you miss a delivery, the parcel will be reattempted the next business day. We recommend ensuring someone is available at the address to receive the package. If all attempts fail, the parcel may be returned to us.
Do you offer express or same-day delivery?
Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. However, we’re working on faster shipping options for select cities. If you need an urgent delivery, feel free to email us before placing your order, and we’ll try our best to help.

I applied a discount code, but it didn’t reflect—what should I do?
Please ensure that the discount code you are using is valid and applicable to the items in your cart. If the code is not working, or the discount isn’t reflecting at checkout, write to us at support@storindia.com, and we’ll help verify and apply it manually if eligible.
I was charged twice for one order—what now?
We’re really sorry if that happened. Please email us at support@storindia.com with the transaction details (including both payment references). Our team will verify and process a refund for the duplicate charge at the earliest.
Do you issue GST invoices?

We want you to love what you order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery. We currently only accept returns for items that are broken, defective, or sent in error. Returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size/fit are not accepted at this time.
What items are eligible for return or replacement?
Only items that are received damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect are eligible for return or replacement. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact. Please ensure you inform us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
How do I request a return or replacement?
Simply email us at support@storindia.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Attach clear images showing the issue with the product, along with your order ID. Our team will review the request and arrange a reverse pickup or provide the next steps.
Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?
Yes, we offer reverse pickup for eligible return cases in most locations. Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a pickup from your address through our logistics partner. Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
What if reverse pickup is not available in my area?
If reverse pickup isn’t available at your location, we may request you to ship the item back to us. In such cases, we will reimburse the shipping cost once we receive the item and verify the issue. Please retain the courier receipt for reference.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I cancel my return request once it’s approved?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹3,999. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will apply. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout for your convenience.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We usually dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a bit longer. During high-demand periods or holidays, minor delays may occur, but we’ll always keep you informed.
Can I schedule my delivery for a specific date or time?
At the moment, we are unable to offer scheduled deliveries. Our logistics partners deliver anytime between 9 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Saturday. We recommend ensuring someone is available at your address to receive the order during this time frame.
What if I’m not available to receive the delivery?
No worries! Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If you miss all of them, the order may be returned to us. You can always reach out to us if you anticipate a delay so we can help coordinate a better delivery time.

My order has already shipped—can I still cancel it?
Unfortunately, once your order is dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may choose to refuse delivery when it arrives. Once the parcel returns to us, we will initiate a refund for the product amount (excluding shipping and COD charges, if applicable).
