We want you to love everything you purchase from STOR. However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how it works.
FOR ONLINE ORDERS
Return or Exchange Easily
You can return or exchange online orders either via home pickup (if
eligible in your area) or by visiting a STOR retail store.
Home Pickups
If a home pickup is possible at your pin code, we’ll arrange for a courier to
collect the item within 2 working days of your return request.
INR 200 pickup fee will be deducted from your store credit/refund.
If Reverse Pickup Isn’t Available
You’ll need to courier the product to our warehouse. We’ll reimburse the
shipping cost after we receive and verify the item—just remember to keep
your courier receipt.
FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
In-Store Returns Only
Products purchased at a STOR retail store can only be returned or
exchanged at a physical store. Unfortunately, home pickups are not
available for in-store purchases.
Return to Any Store
No matter which STOR location you shopped from, you can return or
exchange your item at any STOR store nationwide. Just bring the item
along with your original purchase receipt.
Exchanges or Gift Returns
If you’re returning a gift, we’ll issue a gift card/store credit instead of
refunding the original payment method—no need to contact the original
purchaser.
HOW TO RETURN
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Return Window
Online Orders: Within 7 days from the date of delivery.
In-Store Purchases: Within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Note: Each order is eligible for return/exchange only once.
Item Condition
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and must include all tags and accessories.
Products that are damaged, soiled, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.
Return Options
You can return or exchange STOR products at any STOR store—regardless of where you purchased them.
For online orders, you can also opt for home pickup (if eligible in your area). A return shipping fee of ₹200 will apply and will be deducted from your store credit or refund.
Exchange or Credit Note
We offer exchanges for the same product (style and design) in a different size or color, based on availability.
If you opt for a return, we’ll issue a store credit valid for 6 months, usable both online and in-store.
Refunds are only applicable in specific cases (see below).
SPECIAL RETURN CONDITIONS
Sale Items
Sale products are not eligible for return or exchange unless found to be defective or damaged on arrival.
If a sale item is damaged, we’ll provide a replacement, or if that’s not possible, a credit note or refund will be issued.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order is delivered with any damage, wrong item(s), or items missing, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@storindia.com with clear photos and your order details.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only in cases of order fulfilment errors, such as:
○ Wrong product sent
○ Product missing from the order
○ Product received in damaged/broken condition
In such cases, we will first try to arrange a replacement. If unavailable, a credit note or refund will be issued. After we receive and inspect the product to confirm its condition, your refund will typically be processed within 1-3 business days.
