• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹3,999. For orders below this value, a nominal shipping fee will apply. Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen delays.
• Customers receive tracking information via email or SMS once their order is dispatched. All prices include applicable Indian taxes and duties.
• Address changes are possible before dispatch by contacting customer support. Courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times, and specific delivery time slots cannot be accommodated.

Return queries

• Online orders have a 7-day return window from delivery, with options for home pickup (fee applies) or return to a retail store. In-store purchases have a 15-day return window from purchase and must be returned to a physical STOR retail store.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories; damaged or soiled items are not accepted. Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange.
• Exchanges are offered for different sizes/colors of the same product. Returns generally result in a store credit, valid for 6 months, usable online and in-store.
• Refunds are only issued for fulfillment errors (wrong, missing, or damaged products). Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
